privacy policy
eklyptyk runs an anonymous public signal. this page explains what data the website touches, why, and how it is handled. if a privacy law in your region grants you stronger rights than what is described here, those rights apply.
what we collect
information you choose to send: name, email, social handle, and message body when you contact the studio. standard technical data such as ip-derived country, browser type, device type, and pages visited may be processed by our hosting and analytics providers (cloudflare and similar). cookies are limited to what is required for site function and basic privacy-respecting analytics.
how we use it
to respond to inquiries, operate and secure the website, understand traffic at an aggregate level, prevent abuse, and prepare future commerce and community surfaces (phase 2 and phase 3). we do not use the data to build personal profiles for advertising sale.
sharing
we do not sell personal information. limited data is shared with service providers that help operate the site (hosting, email, analytics, future commerce platforms). those providers are bound by their own privacy commitments and applicable law.
retention
contact-form messages are retained as long as needed to respond and for ordinary business records. analytics events are retained at the aggregate level for trend analysis. you can request deletion at any time.
your rights
depending on your region, you may have the right to access, correct, port, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. to exercise any of these rights, email [email protected].

eklyptyk content is not directed to children under 13. we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

this policy may be updated as eklyptyk expands. material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
